The Bull Terrier is a fast, bold and muscular dog. It was bred in the last quarter of the XIX century by an experimental crossbreeding of different dog breeds, among which Old English Bulldog, White English Terrier and Dalmatian, by James Hinks. The Bull Terrier has combined their best features: high intelligence, activity, stamina and well-developed muscles. Of course, the combination of these characteristics made the Bullterrier more attractive. The Bull Terrier is full of strength and harmonious built, it is muscular and agile, with a wise and firm eyes expression. The dog has a cheerful disposition. It can be trained to the discipline. What's needed is a strict insistent but calm training. The Bull Terriers adapt well to living in the flat. It unwillingly remains alone. These dogs requires a quite physical activity. Aggressive Bull Terriers are not typical for the standard of the breed. But fearful and coward Bull Terriers are subjected to the discarding. The dog must have a balanced nature.
